"Rush Projects" was retained by Tower Development to provide program management services for this highly complex and high-profile capital program.

Management services included scheduling, estimating, cost, modeling, budgeting, and cost controls for each capital project.

In addition, "Rush Projects" has provided design reviews, value engineering, and construction studies.

"Rush Projects" has developed a comprehensive cost model that includes the program's capital costs, estimated to be worth more than 30 million EGP.
